iPod Touch 4th Generation - Apple iPod Touch 4th Generation Review

I wanted an iPhone in April, as it just came out, I already had a 2G iPod Touch and loved it. But I can not commit to the contract at the time and the full price (not contract) version is really beyond my budget. So I took a conscious decision to wait for the iPod Touch, knowing it would probably be a compromise. I pre-ordered from Apple before being released in stores. Expected to be less happy about some aspects (like the camera), but I knew I would get used to, and probably the love of the improvements in the iPod Touch 2G. I was not disappointed. After only a couple of days I use a lot.

The screen is glorious. It 's much easier for the eyes of the old screen. Yes, it is IPS (although this is not evident outside the steep viewing angles). Appears darker than the old screen, this is probably due to the high pixel density. It also has more than a tinge of blue (cooler color temperature), but I heard this also applies to the iPhone. But I'm used to these things and is a joy to see each time. Despite the better battery, I believe that the screen sucks more juice, as you have it in a more brilliant than in the past for the same perceived brightness.

Print Using Your IPhone Or IPod Touch

These cute toys or powerful devices (depends on whether you are a Apple Fanboy or not) can do many things, but some things not so well. Both iPod touch and iPhone don't have physical keyboard and there is no option to attach a keyboard. You have to type on glass whether you like it or not. My other frustration with this device is that I cannot print directly via bluetooth or even attach my iPhone or iPod Touch to a printer via USB.

I can of course connect my iPhone to a PC or Mac, sync it with iTunes and then print whatever I want. But I want a simpler way to do it. Or what if I don't have a PC or Mac around? Syncing with any other PC or Mac is an absolute no-no for me.

Here I remembered the App Store's marketing line - "There is an App for that" and I go in search for "that app".

The result after the little testing I did at my printer, my friends printer and the the printer at my college are not very heart warming. (to say the least) Most of them don't work well and have limitations. They all are buggy, some app work with only one brand of printer, some can't print the photos that are in iPhone itself or they require additional software :( Anyway, some of the apps I tried are -

1. HP's iPrint Photo - well, this is a free app which prints a single photo at a time with a HP printer only if both your iPhone and printer are on the same Wi-Fi network. It worked ok. The only negative thing here hp that you've got to have a HP printer, it will not work with any other printer.
2. iPrintApp - This app is $2 (oh. Sorry $1.99 - what's the difference?) This app does what it's supposed to do but in a bad, buggy kinda way. The official word is it prints directly to PostScript printers connected to Wi-Fi network, but I've got no idea what that is. But it worked in my friend's Canon printer. It's buggy because, it did weird things like double selecting, printing blank pages, crashing when selecting a dozen photos. Sometimes even printing different photos.

3. Air Sharing Pro - This one is a costly app petting you back $9.99 (.99 again) This app works good and is surprisingly bug free after the last two. I think that's why it costs this much. It worked well with both canon and Epson printer. I'd recommend this app if you are usually on road and need to print stuff straight from your device.

i was listen to mah ipod on mah way to church, wen i returned i turned it on and it be acting weird. wen i played songs, it didnt sort a sound and it never finishes a song! it in recent times keeps on goin to the subsequent song. then i charged it, wen i turned it on to chek if its works again, it froze! and i cant do anything! wat do i do?

after jailbreaking my itouch it is running firmware 1.1.2 and it will not turn on. also the computer doesnt recognize it anymore so i cant restore it. i also cant pocket it back to apple since my warranty is voided so i want Help Please!! is there a encyclopaedia restoration i can do without using the computer?

Burned cds are playing fuzzy.?
i burned cd's again and again and they keep coming up fuzzy and staticky. I changed the speed within which they burn because it was at the fastest and its still coming up up doomed to failure. what can be the problem?

Burned CD's are skipping on the ultimate couple of tracks?
Anybody know what this could be? For the most part the compact disc plays fine on my Discman but the last track or two is a skip fest. It plays fine surrounded by my PC all the channel through but regular CD's play fine in my discman. Could it be a combination of thngs? I own tried two or three different burners and that didn't help.
Burning a MP3 disc?
So, I'm going to burn a MP3 CD to play surrounded by my car, as it can hold 4 times as several songs. If I just click and drag my songs onto the Blank disc in Windows Explore, will that work? Is going to burn the songs on the disc? Or is there are abiding program I have to use to do this?

i have a coby cd pl ayer and cant put music on it. i burned three cd-r's already using window media player 11, using my .mp3's from limewire onto the cd and it dosent work. i could buy an extra blank maxell cd-r at the store for 1 dollar, but then what if i mess up again? when i put the cd's within my cd player, the little lcd screen say "Er" which means error. I tried a trial cd-r too and burned using windows medium player and it still said that. What is the best program to burn .mp3's onto cd's so that they work on my cd player?

Can a 120 Watt amp blow 160 Watt speakers?
I have an behind the times amp I got from my friend that I hooked up to 100 Watt speakers and I have it going all the instrument up to 120 Watts and it blew one of them, so i was thinking of getting 160 Watt speakers. the amp have a gage on it to tell how frequent watts are being used and it be at the 120 mark but i be also wondering if its going higher than 120 because the lights on the gage be solid at 120 watt.

Can an ipod shuffle seize a computer virus?
I use my ipod mostly for podcasts but have just now downloaded a couple of things through a file sharing webite which I put on my ipod. One time partly way though such a wallet it suddelnly broke into clicking noises. After that nil would play. I cleared everyting off it and loaded lately podcasts - no problem but the next time I connected my computer doesn't recognise that the ipod is connected at adjectives. Whats going on and how can I fix it?
